BlueOrange continues to work in a normal mode: all payments and transactions are carried out at a standard routine.

However, in the light of the state of emergency and the measures to limit the spread of COVID-19 announced in Latvia, and in order to ensure the health of the clients and employees of our bank, we urge you to use remote communication means as far as possible and to visit the Bank only in the circumstances of necessity, by applying for a visit in advance.

• Please visit the bank's Client Service Centre (CSC) on Jekaba 1, Riga, only in emergency situations requiring face-to-face servicing, making an advance reservation through the bank's website. In CSC facilities, please, remain at safe distance; no more than 2 visitors allowed at a time.

• Please, visit the bank's head office on Smilsu 6, Riga, only in special cases by agreeing with the responsible employees.
